Healthy cells, healthy you
Despite the complexities of our body, nurturing yourself back to health can be simplified to some degree by supporting cellular function.
Every cell in your body requires vitamins, minerals, essentials fats, essential proteins, sufficient sleep, daily movement, daylight, rest and stress management.
By meeting these needs you can improve all the systems in the body and experience improvements in common conditions including gut issues, weight regulation, menopause symptoms, diabetes, heart disease and fertility challenges.
How do I optimise your health?
Working together my job is to take a full body approach and assess your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and emotional health.
I often use blood tests (or work with GPs and other specialists) where necessary to obtain important information about your nutrient status or any imbalances that maybe occurring relating to metabolic function, immune health and digestive capacity.
Integrated approach
With all this information I can develop a personal plan for you that addresses the root causes of disease and dysfunction in the body.
Your plan will cover all aspects of health and wellbeing including nutrition, movement, sleep and mindset support.
This integrated approach will not only help you regain healthy cell function but will also empower you with the knowledge and skills to look after your body and prevent illness in future.
