Hi I'm Keris Marsden, a nutritionist, author and yoga teacher. I've been working as a health professional for over 17 years.  


On paper I had all the knowledge and qualifications but as I hit 40 I began experiencing severe gut and immune issues. No diet, supplement, medication or therapy worked and it led to spiralling anxiety. 

My real healing began when I
faced what was beneath the symptoms. I stopped trying to fix things.

connected with my body again and explored the fear, the patterns and the difficult experiences. I finally started healing the root causes of my physical and emotional struggles.

  • The Mindful Body Method is hosted on Skool, a global learning platform that currently processes all payments in US dollars. Although Keris is based in Portugal and most of our community is in the UK and Europe (with a few lovely members from further afield!), Skool uses USD as its default currency.

    When you pay, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency - there are no extra fees or hidden charges. It’s simply how the platform manages payments across different countries.

  • Absolutely. Please don't worry if you have no experience at all. The Mindful body Method is designed to take you from exactly where you are to where you need to be, at your own pace. If you have some experience in mindful practices there are more advanced materials available. You will also be able to benefit from further mentoring from expert teachers and being part of a community of like minded individuals. 

  • Both. Mindful body method provides a 4 part journey that you can work through at your own pace and monthly live sessions with myself and other guest experts that include meditation, yoga and educational talks. All classes are recorded and added to the Skool platform for you to view anytime.

  • No. The Mindful body Method is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. It is a community offering emotional education, somatic (body based) practices, yoga and meditation. 

  • It’s helpful to set aside 30-60 minutes to explore the content and your Mindbody practices can be implemented at any moment in your day but having a designed 20-30 minutes is helpful.

  • Yes absolutely. The resources are designed to support your body’s natural ability to heal and recover from any challenges. It can work alongside any other treatments or therapies you’re currently using.

  • The first thing you will discover is why your struggle to stick to anything. Once you understand this and use Mindbody practices to change it, healthy habits become intuitive and health issues naturally begin to allevaite.
